How I clear and ground myself

Please note that this list is not the be all and end all, there are many ways to ground and clear yourself, these are just the techniques that I personally use and would like to share with you.


1) Shower - every time you shower, imagine that the water is cleansing you, washing away all the negative energy, from over your head all the way down past your toes. You can also imagine all the negative energy going down the drain. Leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and with a clear mind.


2) Salt bath - I do this once a week. All you need is two handfuls of course salt or Epsom salts or my favourite Dr Teals bath salts. Pour yourself a hot bath, put the salts into the bath, get in and enjoy for 30min. Add oils like lavender if you would like to make it even more relaxing.


Why salt baths, because not only are they relaxing and can soothe any aches and pains, it also cleans and clears your aura. Note: you don’t have to put your head under, it just does its thing. Personally, I make sure to have a cold glass of water with me as my blood pressure sometimes drops.

3) Grounding yourself - stand on grass (if possible) and imagine roots coming out the bottom of your feet going deep down into the earth's core. So you are connected to the earths energy. Do this in the morning and before going to bed.


If you want to take this further imagine a white light coming from the universe/area above you, coming down into your head, through your entire body and then into the earth’s core and then bouncing back up into and through you and then back into the universe/area above you...so you are fully connected to above (the universe) and below (the earth).
